ABOUT SEAN & GERALD
Sean Jones, Jr.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and pallet racking industry, Sean Jones Jr. has led projects across the country with precision and reliability. In 2023, he spearheaded Lowe’s first-ever (LP) installation program in New Jersey, setting a new standard for operational efficiency and safety. Known for his exceptional talent in staffing and building high-performing teams, Sean consistently delivers successful outcomes on even the most complex installation projects. A former scholarship football player at Mississippi College in 2009, he brings the same drive, discipline, and leadership from the field into every facet of his work.
Gerald McPhail
A Pastorpreneur, Gerald has started or operated businesses and ministries for over thirty years. These include but are not limited to a church, Northeast Community, Useful Ministries, McPhail Studios, Former Hotel Owner and Operator (Comfort Inn & Suites, Jameson Inn, & Liberty Inn). He currently enjoys coaching and mentoring other entrepreneurs of faith.
